I love to see the Temple... I see it every day.

Hey everyone

The MTC or CCM in spanish is going great couldnt be better... there are 5 of us in our district that are really close, we do everything together...For or gym time we either play basketball or 4 square... We were playing basket ball against the states(spanish speaking kids going state side) I was matched up against an african american kid going to georgia(Reminds me alot like harold from city league dad) any ways he is like 6'9 pushing 275... Lets just say I got humbled he set 3 of my shots into the nose bleeds and dunked OVER me twice NOT LYING... I was talking to him after words asked him if he was going to play college ball at all. This is what he said "Na I played highschool ball then went straight into D league after graduating from highschool he played in the d league for 5 years, started taking the lessons from the missionaries got baptized quite basket ball and is serving a mission 6 months later... My heart sunk to the floor i just wanted to give him a hug... He gave up so much to do the things he was supposed to do... 

We love playing 4 square... we Do it 6 times a week...this is were my subject comes into play...the 4 square court is in the temple parking lot and it is a picture perfect area... i think that if they were to take a picture of the temple they would have to stand in the 4 square court...

This week we were able to teach Andres again this week and he accepted the invitation to be baptized... Although it wasnt real it sure felt like it... I can not wait until its the real deal... 

Oh at the temple we ran into a guy that served his mission in paraguay along time ago GrieveFamily.net has pictures... Our branch president Was the mission president of paraguay asuncion and he was able to talk to us a little bit in guarani... so cool... I saw a girl with a flag under her name tag that was paraguay we got to talking to here and she said there was a class on guarani today @ 4:45 so we were going to go to that and see how it went...

Tell the H- family that i have been looking for elder H- for ever and couldnt find him... The one place that I find him is where all 3000 missionaries are together... couldnt talk for long but hes in my ward so i see him alot now...

This Tuesday we had a fireside and Elder Russell M Ballard was the speaker... The wierd thing was I was 3 rows back and was looking out the front door to see who it was going to be, and nobody was coming out then when the said that he was speaking i still didnt see him... turns out he was on the stand the whole time and no one even noticed it was him... what he talked to us about was, getting up and going on... that no matter what problems we are having on our mission we just need to get up and go on... And almost started yelling at us "THIS IS NOT YOU TIME TO BE WASTING this is the lords time your here to serve him, and you need to remember that" it was so powerful... the spirit was so strong in the meeting...
