Hey Everybody
Well im guessing your all wondering what happened with changes this week
Elder Nielson went to Capiata near Asuncion, and I stayed out here in SPdY Elder Smith is my new comp, hes from Vancover Washington... and he has been out for about 1yr and 8months so he will most likely finish up his mission here in san pedro.
Also we went to the office for changes and so i Got to see
Elder Armstrong
Elder Carpenter
Elder Johnson
and Elder Zaggieboylo
So far nothing of Brasher or Haderlie but in due time haha
Those four elders were doing great it was nice to catch up with them and see how they were doing
Also I got two Packages from the office The one from aunt carolyn, thank you so much. And also the one from the YW/you mom Every thing seemed to be inside. Great job on stuffing it full of goodies... those should last me to my birthday (but i dont think they will ahahahaha)
Well this week has been really stressful it felt like when Elder Nielson left that he just threw a huge bag of mandioka(cant spell (its kindof like a potatoe)) on my shoulders we have ALOT of things planned for the next two three weeks General conf. 3 baptisms one this saturday the other two the week after conf... oh and did i mention that we are building a fethching HOUSE hahaha yeah La hermana Mirta has been hounding us to come over and build her house for her so she payed a contractor to come over and show us what we need to do pretty much and Joel Smith and I have been building it (Thats the picture of the house)(I like the one of joel drinking terere and blanca working ahaha) so that is pretty much what we have been doing here ¨Trabajando a fu ¨ working alot...
Like i said we have a baptism this Saturday here name is Ña mami... her daughters were baptized then went inacctive but ña mami wasnt baptized, then at Zone conference President Madariaga told us that if we worked with Menos activos and part member families we would see our exito (success) and so thats what we did, we reactivated the daughters and started working with the mom(ña mami)
I am very greatful for our leaders that we have in the church to guide us and direct us... i am extreamly greatful for the blessings we get when we listen to what they say... if we do what we are taught we will see our exito...
I love you all so much and its hard to belive that im 6 months and 2 weeks into my mission... i would do anything to rewind it and start it all over again...
Love Elder Derlis
Us building the house
and chorizo with cheese and crakers
