Pablo

Hey everybody well this week was great we had the Baptism of Pablo... he is 16yrs old and about 4 weeks ago the Elders Quorum President (Returned Missionary) brought him to church... his dad past away and his mom moved to Spain... so he was living with the EQ Pres Jose...  and he was totally prepared to be baptized... he always asked us when his baptism was going to be... he is playing for a soccer team here in paraguay its like the idaho stampede or boise hawks its a minor league team... he is super tall to he is up to my shoulder about...

I dont know why... well i do think i know why... but everytime i have a baptism something almost goes wrong to were it might not happen... pablo told us that he wanted to have his Baptism on Saturday At 3 so that way he could play soccer afterwords for mutual Mutual is at 4 on saturdays... so we announce it to everybody and then on friday we went to go look for keys to go open up the church WHILE IT WAS FREEZING COLD AND RAINING... the Bishop ended up taking his to work... along with the first counselor and the ward secretary gave his to the bishop who ended up taking those aswell to work with him... and we didnt have any minutes on our phone until saturday so we couldnt call anybody to find out who had the keys to get into the church to fill up the Font ... we didnt get the keys until 7 on friday and so we had to drain the font by hand meaning with Buckets and then had to fill it back up...

then on saturday we were waiting for everybody to show up and pablo didnt get to the church until about 4.30 and then we started at 5 oh my goodness it was so stressfull.. hahaha but ended up nice and dandy in the end...
