Flipping the calendar over to September was surreal.
We have been looking towards September for a really long time this year.
So to keep my mind busy with good things.
I finished stitching blue on each of the missionaries socks... because they will probably all have the same socks (hopefully they don't all do something like this in the same color of blue), so if they get mixed up in the laundry or something, I guess he can tell which ones are his.
They just asked him to label everything with his name.
I am like the Mom sending her kid off to camp, writing his name inside all his clothes... he is hating it and thinks it is not necessary. "I KNOW my clothes Mom"! I am just trying to follow the rules. I hope he doesn't ever need to know which shirt is his.
But maybe he will look at his socks when he puts them on every morning and think of his Mom for a split second.
Maybe.
