Travel plans that are fit for a ROCKSTAR

Hola,

Hows it going everyone... The MTC is amazing as always.... it has its ups and downs but the ups always dominate the downs..haha

This week has got to be the best week ever... we finally got our Books of Mormon in Guarani. I think the book store was glad they came in cause just about everyday we would be asking someone if they had come in yet haha... Im glad i don't HAVE to learn Guarani... It looks so hard... and our branch president brother B- (former Mission president of Paraguay) told us the one of there words is like a sentence in English... and they have 14 vowels... and alot of it is a grunting sound hahaha cant wait to hear it...

To the subject of this letter... Elders usually get there travel plans two Thursday before they leave... or ten days before... but since we are leaving way early i was kind of thinking we were going to get them this week(nobody else belived me haha)... On Friday Elder A- got the mail and went with his companions and the other Comps to the class room early while Elder B- and I had to get something from our room... as Elder B- and I walk into the class room, I see that all 5 have pink and white papers... I start freaking out and asked"ARE THOSE THE TRAVEL PLANS :O"... then with a big smile they said yeah it is... the sadly they said mine had not shown up yet... knowing they were just messing with me I grab Elder A-letter from his GF(who he is crazy about) and tell him that if he doesnt give me the travel plans right now then he can just kiss this letter good bye...

Long story short I finaly got my travel plans...hahaha this is how it goes...

7:15 we leave SLC and Head to Chicago(we have to be at the travel office here at 4 am)

get to Chicago at 11:25 and Leave there at 12:35 to go to Miami... then we have a 4 hour layover...

at 8:35 we Fly to Sao Paulo Brazil and fly for 10 hours...we get there at 6:55... then another 3 hour layover until 9:10

then we Take a Donkey named "Transportes Aereso del"(hahaha jk its the name of the airline) to Asuncion and get there at 10:10 to Start our jouney...

The reason for the subject title is that we noticed the time at when we would be eating

All of us in our district have the same travel plans... there will also be 3 others going with us in our group going to the same mission...

I read Elder M's letter today... and let me bare my second witness to that statement of how our missions are like a miniature life... although i have not "been born yet"haha

I know that how i work in this mission will determine how the rest of my life will be...

Our previous ZL district left today for Monterey MX... They got here the week before us and so we really got close to them and its just really sad to see them go... and its hard to say goodbye... in some cases for the rest of this life...(which is one of my weaknesses)... but I know the Lord loves me and he puts me in situations that will show my weakness, for a purpose... although i may not know what those purposes are... I know that they are for the better...

I know that God lives, I know that he loves each and every one of us, and as long as we live worthy... we will be able to see those long lost friends and reunite our friendships... it may not be in this life but defiantly in the life to come... In the name of Jesus Christ our Savior and redeemer amen
