Hey every one
Well this week was another week just as depressing as the last one haha,
not sure if i mentioned it in my last letter but reynaldo and fatima are moving,
along with there family to santa rosa whish is about 1 hour from San Pedro they
are still in our area but we wont be able to go see them as much and it is
pretty much impossible for them to go to church... and so we wont be having
there baptisms :(...
We had been teaching this one family a mom and dad and son and daughter and
they really loved us coming by and wanted to be baptized... they were going to
be coming to church this last sunday but we went by last monday and only the dad
was there... he said that the son sergio went to asuncion to get braces on and
every two weeks he had to get them tightned (cant spell) so he was just going to
stay there for a while.. and then the dad was going to be working in
Antequera and would be working on sundays... so him and his family were not
going to be home for a while... but he said when he gets back he will call us to
let us know when we can come by...
This week went by really fast but was a little sad... We are teaching and
working hard but just getting people to progress is really hard...
The ward here is really growing though Victorina Was called as the 1 coun..
in the RS for santani and shriley was called as the president of the Young
womens for santani they will still be coming to our meetings... but they are
covering San pedro Santani And kuruyatu (mom, she asked if you have any advice
for her, she said whe would love some since she has only been a member for a
year haha)
This Thursday we are going to be in asuncion for Zone Conference(no
temple)
This Saturday and Sunday we are going to Concepcion for District
conference(stake conference) with all the members in those three areas all on
one collectivo...hahahaha sounds fun haha
Well for the title of this letter i couldnt choose
Ha kem bo... which is rock paper siscors (Forgot how to spell in
english)
we were at Juan y Elidas house one night and elder nielson asked juan to
say the prayer in guarani for us... juan said umm why dont you do it... elder
nielson told him they would play HA KEM BO for it... hermano juan was saying he
didnt know how to play so Nielson explained the rules to him and they had a
couple practice rounds(all juan did was rock) elder nielson then looks at me and
says in english i got this hahaha... so when they went to play elder nielson
threw out paper cause he thought juan was going to play rock and juan acctually
goes with siscors.... juan then smiles with his tounge out and says looks like
your saying it then bows his head really fast.... hahahahahaha priceless
Hold the tuna and hard boiled eggs
so sunday for luch ñatona sayed she was going to be gone but told us that
she put a pizza in the oven wo when we came back from church we would have
something to eat... so after church we go to the oven and see a pizza(not
really) this was a tuna pizza with hard boiled eggs on top oh and cold hahahaha
it wasnt to bad lets just say its a good thing i had some cookies to eat after
words..
i love you all so much and although this work is extreamly hard i know its
what im supposed to be doing... and i wouldnt want to do anything else...
