That can't be a coincedence...

Hey Everybody

Well to start off i would just like to explain the subject... there are two youth here arnoll and elvert and they have an older brother who plays for a profesional team here called Rubio Ñu... any way Elvert i heard is one of the best soccer players in San Pedro and is only 14 years old... about two weeks ago he saw me wear my seattle sounders jersey to do some service... and he loved it... he told me that he would get me a rubio ñu jersey from his brother if i would trade him... i told him i would think about it... then we came by on tuesday this week because he said he got it in... i wasnt really thinking about trading with him but once i saw the back of the jersey i knew it was something i had to do hahahaha mom, you will see why...and so i traded with him... it made his day and his face lighted up like it was christmas morning...I just knew it had to be a sign that papa is watching over us...

on friday i got a call from Elder palmer that he had 4 letters and small package of photos for me...i was so excited then relixed thati wouldnt be going to santani this sunday and that this tuesday we might be going to Asuncion for changes and that i would have to wait about 3-4 weeks before i would even see them if i got changed so i got a little worried haha

Then saturday Joel Called me and told me that President morales was coming and that he would be talking with some of the members and staying for sacrament... so the next thing i did was call palmer and told him if he could give the stuff to president morales to bring to us.... then when Morales got here... He is a return missionay about28 years old and can speak pretty good english... when he got here he was joking around with me when i opened up my letter he took it and started making up words in english  and pretended that i got a dear john hahahaha ...

Then sunday he talked for a little bit and was talking about faith and that we could have all the faith in the world but if we dont do our part then its not worth it... faith without works is dead...and then Frakie(francisco) shared that Faith can move mountains but sometimes the faith is a shovel and we have to move it ourselves...hahaha i wonder who told him that haha me haha

any way this week was great our zone leaders challenged us to get 75 contacts this week, the mission goal, and my highest i think is about 50, so we pushed contacting (which is no fun at all ) but we were able to see a growth in all areas of our numbers which was really cool... and found some new people to teach...

Tonight we have changes and im pretty sure im leaving Good old SPdY...but we dont know yet...haha

I love you all so much and remember...SOMETIMES FAITH IS A SHOVEL...hahaha

Love Elder Derlis
