I feel Like Woody From Toy Story Right now, The new fichero(aka Buzz) came in on wednesday... His Name is Elder Caldon From Colorado... When I was in san pedro, When elder smith came with me that is when Elder Caldon was Born out in Curuguaty in my district so i knew him... he is a cool kid... We are getting along great... even in a threesome... im sure you can ask any return missionary and they will probably tell you the best time of there mission was in a threesome... and also the hardest.
President asked me how long it would take to train him in the office work i told him 1-3 weeks depending on him... and he asked me if i was willing to go back out to the field after one week....YES I would... hahaha i think i screamed at him but im not sure haahahaha.... and so elder Caldon is getting stuff down and knows what he needs to be doing...
i feel so useless i just have to sit on the couch and wait for him to ask me a question... so on friday President was sitting with the Hermana madariaga... and i told Him that Elder Caldon Would Be ready By Wednesday...(when more special changes happen), Then Hermana Looked at me and said Elder Dayley Do you really want to leave the office Before Christmas...(While In the office You eat at the Presidents house for like a week straight... and at the Americans houses that live in our ward...We get spoiled alot) And i looked at her then at the President (he was just smiling at me) looked back at the Hermana and said NO(Because of the Delicious food) but Yes(Because i want to work).... hahahaha President said that it would be grat if i left this week cause there is one elder going home so he would have an open spot...
Then Just joking with him Told him that The Elder That was going home is Elder Escriva From Paraguay... And he is in Pedro Juan caballero As ZL with Elder Nielson(my dad)... Just joking aroud i told President... President So elder escriva is going home, Could i just go out to pedro juan caballero for him... he looks at me and smiles then tells me in english, What do you think... hahahahaha he thought it was funny... cause im super young to be ZL, and Elder Nielson was Already my comp once... hahaha so this monday i should find out where i will be going for sure...
Today We went to the Zoo and as we were passing by the Monkey there were two monkeys HUGE ones too, and one Climbed the Cage wall and started Pounding His feet on the wall with a banana in his hand and started rocking back and forth and by the time that he got his momentum going HE THREW A BANANA AT US hahahahahahahahAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA he chucked a banana about 30 feet hahahahahahaha.... then about 2 min later he got water in his mouth and SPIT AT US THREE TIMES HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... there was 5 of us and as he spit at us we started running away and all of the paraguayans started Laughing at us hahahahahaha.... then we looked at some other animals and got lost and found ourselves back at our best friend Kai (monkey in Guarani) and he threw another banana at us hahahahaha it was the funniest moment of my life... The best part was there was a sign that said no throwing objects at the monkey hahahahahahahahahahahahaha
also this week we had the christmas party it was about the same as last year where we made candy bags and went to a hospital and sang carols to the pacients... it was super cool we sang in a group of about 40 then broke off into groups of about 10 and while we were in the group of 40 we sang a couple of hymns in Spanish then The hermana wanted us to sing We wish you a merry christmas in english and we did then there was a handi cap kid and when we got done he started singing it in english too haha super cool....
Well everybody i Love you so much, im so excited to go back out to the Field... and work full time... being in the office was a Highlight of my mission I dont think i had as much fun and as much trials in my life, I just cant wait to teach More people and meet new ones...
An Elder Once told me that The mission is like a field of roses as you look forward you see a beutiful Field of roses and as you get closer you see that there are thorns in the Field... but you dont feel them until you get to the Field of roses... and as your walking through the field it seems like all you can see/feel are the roses... but as you leave the field and look back all you are able to see are the roses the good things that happened....
