Hey Everybody
Well this week was basicly a spring cleaning for me I was just getting everything ready for the New Fichero to come in… so that way he does not find out that i was a terrible office Elder hahaha jk…
We had some guy from Argentina come the last week(not sure if I told you or not) and he basicly told us that we were doing everything wrong and that we had to change…So this week I was going over those things trying to get it organized for when the new Fichero comes…
I was talking with President about some registro information… and so I decided to ask him if the new fichero was coming in this change… (Because with president and the lord, things change) and he told me yes that I would be training him… and he asked me how long it would take to train him… I told him it only took me 1 week before Elder Roberts left… But that it might take him more than that to learn the ropes… and I asked him that if he did get trained in one week if I could go out to the field early and he said he would make room for me somewhere… Sitting in the office just about everyday until 4:30 Just kills me now I just want to go back and work… its hard to focus on the office work and then change over to missionary work, and visa versa, sometimes well be having a good night teaching then the Hermana calls us and we have to do an Hermana Mission… and not get back until late… or we have to get people form the airport at like 2-3 in the morning… its fun for a while but after 4 changes it gets tireing ahahahaha I just hope the New Fichero can pick up on the Stuff super quick so I can go back out to the Field…
Well Last week our numbers were terrible… we don’t focus on numbers as a mission we think of the people instead but just to make sure that we are focused on the work and are working hard the numbers are there to keep us working… and last week our numbers were not that good… At the end of the week I just felt like I didn’t put forth my best effort… as office elders we have a goal of 30 contacts every week and the mission it is 75 for everybody else… i ended up getting my goal of 30 contacts… and we were thinking about our investigators and how Just about all of them are not Progressing… and so we decided to Look through our MLS Sheet(List of Every Member and where they live) Which in Paraguay The Addresses are super Sketchy ex.. two Houses down from the mango tree next to the Store… so have of the houses we can never find and The other half Moved away or Passed away… so we were going through our list of MLS to Know them and out of about 50 Houses that we looked for we didn’t find… but looking for For them we were able to Find new people to teach contacting the housestrying to find them turned out to be talking to people who just moved into the area… Right now we found about 5 Families that are letting us in and it feels great…
Mom and Dad… what you could do is Ask the Elders well now I guess it’s the Hermanas to Bring the MLS list of the Ward and go through it with them and find out what people you know, that are less active… or are part member Families… and Help them out…. It really does help a lot…
So I Challenge you to Call the Hermanas to set something up for this Monday Family Night… To go Over the MLS List of the ward… You might Have to Ask Bishop For a copy…
I love you Guys so much… I cannot wait for you to come see Paraguay…
