Yay! We confirmed Bishop has the paperwork from the Doctor (it wasn't lost and he was never worried about it) and he can now review the application online and move forward.
I apologized for him having to put up with all of our anxiety... and he said he would be worried about us if we weren't anxiously following this every step of the way. (smile) And we were not being obnoxious.
God knows us, we really needed to hear that :)
