Hey Everyone

 

Well this week was pretty good...on tuesday i went on a division with Elder O´harra from Santani he is new and has only been out for 5 weeks now... The Day went well we were able to see alot of people that we needed to see and we were also able to communicate with everybody...which was a real blessing... we also got snaked big time... Definition of a ¨Snake¨- when ever you walk by someone you say ¨Adios¨ its just something they do here... but sometimes when you walk by girls... they go ADIOS S S S S S S S...like a snake... which means they think your cute....so any way we got snaked big time then they tried talking to us but we just had to keep on walking.... The highlight of the night was going over to shirley and theodora and visiting them... Shirley is a guapa(stud) member and her mom theodora knows the church is true but wont go because Richard and Nancy go... Richard was Married to theodora(still is) and cheated on her with Nancy... but we were going to talk to her about lesson one and just kind of leave it at that... i told elder oharra about there situation so he knew what to say and not say... but when we got to there house we were just talking to them and Elder O harra and i knew that we had to talk about church with Theodora... so we were sharing our experiences with them and with theodora... and told her the importance of it...and told her even though it would be hard to go because of richard and nancy... that she would be blessed... then Elder o harra sharred 1Nephi 3:7 and related that god will prepare a way for her to go to church... the spirit was so strong and it was a really great lesson... we then invited her to come to church with us this sunday... she said YES...

 

On Thursday we went over to Ninas(non member but the daughter of Ñatona...shes like one of our aunts ) and made some Flan and OH MY GOODNESSSSSS it was amazing and so now we know how to make flan...super easy...

 

Well this entire week we have been inviting our investigators to church and we had 6 of them say yes we also had a baptism planned for this saturday...two the next saturday... and then one the saturday after that...but for church not one of them showed up... and we only had like 7 members show up the rest were little kids 15 in total... it is a little heart breaking at times and really hard to deal with when even your most guapo members dont show up to church... i know that this is just a moment for me to learn something... what it is i do not know... but i sure hope i learn it quick hahaha...

 

So last night we went to see Ariel Celia and carmen... Celia is another daughter of Ñatona and ariel is her husband and carmen is their daughter...they are way cool and we usually go by once or twice a week but for the past 3 weeks they have been on vacation...we usually go by to just talk with them and then last night Ariel asked us what the book of mormon was...so we explained and gave him one to read.... He told us he would have it done in a week... if he read it in the bathroom hahahahahahaha.... he is really smart(Lawer) and seems intrested... during our visit it was raining like no other... but when we got done and were leaving our house we saw two rainbows...i told elder nielson...¨theres our next baptism¨... we LOVE Ñatonas family and talk to them all the time but we jsut dont know who to start teaching first... cause we know once one gets baptized they all will...

 

I know that the lord is preparing me for something great during this dry spell and i just need to be patient with it and the lord will bless me...

Mom i had to get money out to pay for some extra stuff but i will be getting reimbursed for it later... i had to go to santani 5 times so far this week and probably to asuncion next week for changes
